SECTION 20 — ORDER VERIFICATION, SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY, AND UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

We reserve the right to verify any order placed through our website. Orders may be flagged for additional verification where risk indicators are present, including but not limited to:

• Orders where the billing address is located outside the country of shipment  
• Orders where the shipping and billing address differ  
• High-value transactions  
• Orders flagged by our payment processor or fraud detection systems  

Where additional verification is required, shipments may be sent with identification required upon delivery or pickup.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree that such verification measures may be required.

Once an order has been shipped, the customer is responsible for receiving or collecting the package from the carrier.

If a package is not collected, refused, abandoned, or returned to sender, the following conditions apply:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable  
• Returned orders may be subject to a 10% administration or restocking fee  
• Any return will be processed according to our Refund Policy

SECTION 21 — CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

By placing an order through this website, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issue prior to initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

We reserve the right to provide payment processors with transaction documentation including:

• Order records  
• Billing and shipping information  
• Fraud screening results  
• Delivery confirmation  
• Customer communications  

Submitting a chargeback for a valid transaction may result in the customer being prohibited from placing future orders.

SECTION 22 — RESHIPPER, FREIGHT FORWARDER, AND THIRD-PARTY DELIVERY SERVICES

If a customer uses a package forwarding service or freight forwarder, the customer assumes responsibility once the package is delivered to that forwarding service.

Bathmate Shop is not responsible for:

• Damage after delivery to forwarding services  
• Loss by freight forwarders  
• Customs issues or seizures  
• Additional duties or taxes

Delivery confirmation to the forwarding address constitutes proof of delivery.
